Stream in VLC keeps black (mobile data), but runs without problem in SMB

Hi,
I think I have an similar issue as mentioned in Issues with H.265 videos
(I use latest Yatse and VLC app)

When I try to stream the movie via mobile data it keeps black in the VLC media player, but with SMB it works fine.

I disabled hardware transcoding, but then it laggs all the time.

I tried it also with the emby app and there is also runns without problem via mobile data. I would like to use Yatse instead of the emby app (that I only have one app for all ā†’ Kodi control + watch with mobile data when Iā€™m not at home.
