I tried to purchase Unlocker for Yatze last week but a couple of days later I got an email from Google Play stating that the purchase was cancelled. I do have the order number but would prefer not posting it on an open forum. Please contact me at the email address associated with this userid.

You need to contact Google for that I have 0 control over the purchase process and those mails it’s 100% on their side.

I contacted Google Play support and they inform me that the transaction was cancelled from the “developers end”

As mentioned over the chat, I contacted our expert team and checked the reason. They informed me that the transaction you referred over the chat got cancelled from developers end. Unfortunately they did not provide us with any information regarding the cancelled transaction. Kindly contact the app developer directly and check for the exact reason for the cancelled transaction. Here is the official contact email address of the app developer “”.
However, please note that the transaction was not cancelled from our end. Also, we double checked your account and can confirm that your account is absolutely fine and in good standings without any active issues on it.
