I am unable to queue most songs from the music database download to my phone. I can queue songs from Music/Overview (i.e. newest additions), but any from Music/Artist for example won’t play. In most cases I see the artwork blink on the screen and disapear.
My first impluse was to flush/clear the download database and reload it, but can’t seem to find how to do that. Kodi Debug LOG 2024-11-01.txt (209.1 KB)
Debug file shows one example.
Also, I have two hosts configured and only have the problem on one.
I have tried the resync via the swipedown several times with no luck. I get the database resync started message but no other feedback.
To remove the “provider” and re-add, are you talking about a Yatse or Kodi setting? Where in the settings maze should I look?
Forgive my rather literal mindedness, but if manage providers is the same a mange hosts, I have deleted the host, added it back, and sync’ed without success. Is this what you meant?
Any other suggestions?

Here are the logs you requested.
I started debug in Kodi and Yatse
Using Yatse as a remote I queued (started playing) Wild Eyed Southern Boys
Then I used the Yatse DB to queue the same song,
The Kodi display shows the next song in the queue correctly, but does not play it.
The delay before the first/working attempt plays is probably due to my NAS needing to wake up.
Regardless, if I were to uninstall Yatse from my phone would that delete all data so I could start over with a new install?
Other than \Internal storage\Android\data\org.leetzone.android.yatsewidgetfree are there any other places in the phone I can clear without creating more problems?
I tried uninstalling and rebooting my phone before installing. I hate to tell you this, but the uninstall doesn’t appear to delete everything. The moment I installed my library looked to be fully populated (1400+ albums - surely that would take several seconds at least). I still believe the problem is just a corrupted database that a resync doesn’t fix.
Thanx for trying.
Then you’ll need to tell me how, because I could sell that information a lot of money to people who want to do that and can’t due to how Android works…
Unless you use special tools, no data is left after uninstall.
Music sync in Kodi is very fast and start the second you press ok in the wizard.
