Shortcut to delete files

Hi,
I use Yatse with KODI (on LinuxMint).

I tried do create a shortcut (built-in, or keyboard) to delete files.
But Action(Delete[,window]) or VK_DELETE doesn’t seem to work at all.

Could you help me ?

You can send “delete” as remote / keyboard button to s for the rest without logs, details about how you create the command and what Kodi expect there’s not much more I can say.

I’m not sure this is exactly what I’m looking for but:

I am looking for a possibility to delete a file with Yatse, from the list of files and/or from a file currently playing. Is it possible?

Show the context menu in Kodi and select delete if it’s present.

There’s no remote command to delete files and it better for your safety.

Damn, I would have rather needed a possibility to delete from a list displayed in Yatse, too bad, but thank you all the same for your answer and the context menu tip :slight_smile:
