Issue description:
I’m wondering what icons should be normally shown left to the name and time of the tv channels.
In my case it’s all the same TV icon with play button.
Should there normally the icon of the tv channel or the preview of the channel be shown?

A simple search would have answered that 
You need to create a source in Kodi that contains the icon folder.

You have to edit your .m3u list:

but there is already a logo URL mentioned via tvg-logo=
