Issue description:

Hi! I was just playing around with the new Yatse and discovered something.

To play a music genre randomly, I

  1. go to the genre page,
  2. switch to track display (instead of album)
  3. change the sorting to “random” and
  4. click play

…that way, I get a random playlist with all the tracks of that genre. So far, so good.

I can also click on a track of that playlist and that track plays.

What does not work? The previous / next buttons (on the lock screen and on the bottom part of the Yatse screen).

And thanks for adding the “play random” feature :slight_smile:

You forget the logs :wink:

You can achieve the same with smart filters in the songs list. That way you can filter on multiple genre or other criteria then just press play random.
