Plex playlists syncing

I created a Plex host on Yatse with my Plex account on mobile and connected remotely, then created a playlist but it does not appear at my local PC on a local network which is also signed into the same account/user.

Similarly, playlists created in the home network does not appear when connecting remotely (via remote access in Plex).

Is this intended, playlists created via Yatse only appearing locally and Plex playlists not syncing, or is there something I am missing?

Yes there’s no dual sync for the playlists, you can import Plex playlists and keep them in sync locally. But changes made locally are not pushed back.
