Is there a simplified play control I can switch to while watching a movie?
Ideally I’d like to have a good sized play/pause, stop fast forward and closed captioning/ subtitle graphic button screen from inside of Yatse that I could switch to rather than using the arrow and select button to play pause.
Is this a feature that I can switch to? or maybe it isn’t possible with XBMC/Kodi?

There’s already everything and pretty much quite visible .
You probably have a Kodi configuration issue and have a big red offline message under your host name, meaning you need to fix your configuration.
