Could you please add the option to pause playback when I receive voice & video calls from apps such as WhatsApp, Skype, zoom & Google Duo, like the feature that pauses playback for phone calls but for other Apps.

Out of Yatse scope as it require code for each and every apps.
You can use apps like tasker that already have tons of permissions and can use Yatse API to pause when those apps shows the call dialog.
