I’m using yatse on my phone to access a jellyfin server and sending it to Chromecast.
It sees subtitles exist and displays them. I find them seriously distracting, and cannot find any options to turn them off.
How do I stop subtitles?

I have no way to guess anything about your setup or media to answer.
I have this exact question.
When I click play I am down all the possible subtitles and audio streams
If I click ‘skip’, the default audio stream is used and no subtitles
But there is no way to choose a different audio stream (like ‘surround sound’ or ‘TDS’ etc), I have to choose a subtitle track also even if I don’t want subtitles.
Can Yatse add a ‘none’ option to the subtitles drop-down please?
