Issue description: I am trying to add remote for my ‘Plex Media Palyer’ running on windows 10. But trying to add host in configuration gives error ‘unable to get server version’. What should I put in host ip address and port?

I’m not sure what is Plex Media Player, but Plex native Windows player is not yet supported PHT may still works.
But you should directly use Kodi as a player on Windows.
When adding your Plex server it should auto-populate the IP/Port that you have the server registered with the Plex servers with. I find my IP/PORT in Settings/Remote Access, this tells me what the IP/Port I use for both internal and external (I have mine configured for remote access)
