As stated music library will not sync on Leia Alpha 3 using mysql library. Just emailed the logs for yatse let me know if you need a kodi log as well.
edit: just sent the kodi.log as well, first one was with debugging off but i sent a second as well.

I guess you are using Mysql 8.
The fix was added in Kodi after alpha 3
Need to update to something more recent.
