I am unable to steam any more to chromecast from my device it have a upnp error

Your Kodi not more answers to UPnP.

You need to either fix Kodi configuration or reboot it in case it’s just a internal Kodi failure.
Else you need to remove Kodi password so Chromecast can access the media.
