Hi,

i know in order to help me properly you would need log files and such but before I try to get them I would like first to ask if my problem could theraretically be solved.

I got a qnap nas which holds my media, a separate server with windows mounted network drives is running jellyfin, then I got an pi5 with the newest libreelec install (21.1) where I installed the jellyfin addon, so now I have all my media available there and can play it on the conected TV. On my phone I have yatse pro installed and while I can see the library on my phone and can use it as a remote, I can not stream to my phone. Freely translated to english: “the access to the media is not possible. Press OK to open FAQ. Details: Error 404”

So I am wondering if I cant acces my files due to the way I mounted my media in kodi with the jellyfin addon. On an older pi I have with an older libreelec install but directly mounted media from my nas, yatse is able to stream locally to my phone.

I remember years back I had a similar problem on my old pi but I solved it somehow, I just cant remember. Is there maybe something I gotta do in my NAS?

So is it possible to use my setup to stream locally? Right now Im using a separate kodi install (without the jellyfin addon) on the server where I also installed jellyfin to locally stream to my phone. Problem being that I then have 2 different libraries…

Thx already for reading all this
