Not all picons in PVR

Issue description:

Hi Mate.

I have a Problem with the PVR Section.

In Kodi all Picons were shown correctly but in Yatse i only see a few of them.

When i start a Channel the Playerbackground shows the Picon but in Overview list the Picon is missing.

How to fix it?

I notice in the Debuglog that missing Picons (they all are linked in the used .m3u File) Yatse try to fetch them from iptv-epg.
