Give licence to kids/family

I did try to find the topic (found 2), but none was really an answer, so asking it (again):

I purchased a license: License: Pro (In-App Unlocker)
some while ago.

Meanwhile started a family library. Is there any way to share the license to the kids or generally family? The problem is, that their accounts are rather “temporary”, so I prefer to manage the licenses from one spot.

Unfortunately no, Google still have not provided a way to do that for In App purchases.
