I installed the beta version on my Lenovo tablet, unfortunately the problem with the beyta version is exactly the same Now I get the following message: Problem starting media. Does your player support the selected file format? ---

Ok so the issue is with the Xiaomi device that does not work correctly ☹ What file did require you to fast forward as the log is huge ? Edit: And what device is what for the names ? Stil the same. I have the attached file installed on another tablet. 1: Audio play and cast to Xiaomi smart speaker. When I skip to next track I must first fast forward or pauze and play again to start the track. Music stops after every track. 2: Audio play and cast to Google speaker for now no problems. Are you sure it works with the Emby client without issues to those speakers too? There’s no errors now anywhere. ---

just tried. Embey audio cast to Xiaomi smart speaker without problems. My preference is for Yatse because it contains the great function for creating smart playlists. I do not have this function in Embey. That’s why I created an extra topic: Export playlist Yatse to Embey ---

Well while there was a real bug on Yatse side for the transcoding profile of wma on chromcast, the rest is really a bad Xiaomi device as usual, they really don’t care about respecting how things are supposed to work … Anyway yes the workaround for that specific device will be in next release. ---

Seems the group is corrupted by Xiaomi too 😛 Will apply the workaround to cast groups too, it does not seems to break my group here and delay seems minimal.
